Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide the squad, ensure guest satisfaction, and model MOD’s purpose through daily interactions.

You will focus on deployment, safety, and quality while balancing hands-on work and leadership duties during peak periods. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience and the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, positive presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days when required by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure squad members are deployed correctly and daily operations run smoothly.
• Oversee safety practices, food quality, and adherence to MOD standards in Back and Front of House.
• Manage cash handling, refunds, and daily inventory with the GM.
• Communicate updates and guidance from MOD through the Slice and other sources.
