MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering high-energy pizzas and salads with a focus on personal service and community. You will model MOD values, train the team, and ensure operations meet standards while creating a welcoming environment for guests.

As part of the Restaurants Leadership team, you’ll guide staff, promote MODness, and help teammates grow. MOD values inclusion and mentorship, with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership
• Experience coaching and motivating front line employees
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
