Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Rockwall, TX. You will lead the shift, supervise squad members, train new hires, and ensure a smooth operation that aligns with MOD’s standards and guest experience goals.

In this role you will manage deployment, support program rollouts, and maintain safety and quality across Back of House and Front of House. The position demands at least 1 year of service experience and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Provide guidance and feedback; model MOD’s purpose in every interaction.
• Ensure the squad is deployed correctly and tasks are completed for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with MOD standards in both Kitchen and Front of House.
• Handle cash responsibly, process refunds, and monitor inventory and ordering with GM support.
• Review communications and updates from Slice and other sources to keep the team informed.
• Assist in opening/closing checklists and use tools to meet daily operational goals.
