You will direct deployment, manage safety and cash handling, and help ensure smooth daily operations across the squad.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a hands-on approach to delivering the MOD experience on every shift, with flexibility to adapt to restaurant needs and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring or training others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow processes and coach others.
• Calming presence during high-volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety/alcohol certification within 30 days where required.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training.
• Deploy squad members and adjust staffing for daily operations.
• Train new hires on programs and standards.
• Maintain safety and quality with MOD tools and standards.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders as directed by GM.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet needs.
• Stay aligned with communications from Slice and other sources.
