Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, mentor team members, and uphold service standards. You will train new hires, roll out programs, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a great MOD experience.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and other times hands-on, always keeping the MOD experience at the forefront. Growth and leadership development are emphasized within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow processes and coach others with empathy.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure standards and smooth operations across Front/Back of House.
• Direct squad, provide guidance, and model MOD’s purpose.
• Manage shift tasks, deployment, and inventory as needed.
• Handle cash, refunds, and communicate updates from leadership.
