Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in McKinney, TX. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and model MOD’s customer-centered standards to deliver a great guest experience.

You’ll supervise deployment, maintain safety, and support management to ensure smooth service, accuracy in cash handling, and timely program rollouts. Prior leadership in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred; 18+ years old and food safety certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure guests are served and standards met.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new programs.
• Ensure equipment and online ordering systems are maintained.
• Follow MOD tools and food safety standards.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling and refunds within shift.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM.
• Complete shift checklists and keep operations running smoothly.
• Stay informed via email from Slice and other sources.
