HMSHost is hiring a Shift Manager II to assist management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high levels of service. You will lead, coach and schedule associates, monitor performance and safety, and ensure adherence to corporate standards.

The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, cash handling, and maintaining food safety practices across shifts. This is a non-exempt, on-site position reporting to Store Manager or Director of Operations where applicable.

Qualificações

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, and converse with customers.
• Food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently immerses hands in water and chemical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors day-to-day activities of subordinates and coordinates breaks.
• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Coordinates on-the-job training for new associates.
• Operates cash register and maintains cash security per policies.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Rotates product based on codes and participates in inventory counts.
• Resolves customer complaints in line with policy and satisfaction goals.
• Maintains food safety and HACCP standards; observes safety guidelines.
