HMSHost is seeking a Shift Manager II in Columbus, OH to support management in daily operations, supervise associates, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist with scheduling, training, and cash handling while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 6 months supervisory/lead experience.
Experience in food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist management in monitoring day-to-day activities and scheduling to ensure shift coverage.
Give work directions and monitor associate productivity during shifts.
Operate cash register and handle transactions following cash handling policies.
Coordinate breaks for hourly associates and train new team members.
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices align with HACCP standards.
Address customer complaints with policy-consistent resolution.
