The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, cash handling, and staff supervision, contributing to a collaborative team environment. This non-exempt role may require varied and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AGM in managing day-to-day activities of restaurant associates.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Participate in the interview process and make recommendations on hiring.
