HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to assist branch management in executing complex QSR or casual dining operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating to high standards, applying prescribed policies and procedures.

The position reports to the General Manager or Director of Operations, with a varied, rotating schedule on-site. Required: 4+ years in F&B and 2+ years supervisory experience, strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Aufgaben

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Assists the GM/AGM in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit or group of restaurants.
• Ensures compliance with all company beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in hiring process, provides input for advancement or status changes to GM.
• Assigns work tasks, prepares schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods are taken by associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order and manages cash handling per policies.
• Monitors health and safety guidelines and reports concerns to the GM.
• Performs all Health and Safety activities per Manager's Guide.
