Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years food and beverage experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a casual dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and policy documents; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with all AB policies and safety procedures.
• Participates in hiring input and communicates staffing needs to the GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Monitors rest breaks and meal periods for all associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked and visually appealing display areas; ensures equipment is functional.
• Manages cash handling and POS transactions following procedures.
