Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar and events. You will manage guest flow, coach the team, and ensure service excellence while maintaining safety standards and smooth operations.

You'll bring 1–2 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience, strong communication, and a hand-on leadership style. The role requires high energy, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; lead by doing the work alongside your team.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flow and guests happy across all areas.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards during shifts.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and events, supporting promotional programs.
