Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will step into any position as needed and coach hourly team members to uphold service standards and safety.

This role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing environments, strong communication, and a floor-first work style with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Floor-first work style; lead by example on the floor.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking for cost control.
