Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll step into any role as needed to keep speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction high.

You’ll coach hourly team members, drive sales through guest engagement, and help manage cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills, while

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Floor-first work style with hands-on leadership.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and sales goals.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and support for events and promotions.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
