Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift and support teams across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. You will deliver a guest experience that encourages guests to return and drive sales through engagement and promotions.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles, plus strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring flow of service and guest satisfaction across areas (bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, events).
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety, and company expectations.
