Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, supporting bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will coach a fast-paced team, drive sales, ensure safety, and maintain smooth operations across departments while handling cash and labor tasks. Flexible availability, HS diploma, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality, food and beverage, or guest-facing experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Floor-first work style; lead by example and be present with the team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, maintaining flow and guest satisfaction across all areas.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service and safety expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and events support.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade, and FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build operational skills.
