Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will step into roles as needed, coach hourly team members, and drive sales through guest engagement and in-center programs.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, a floor-first work style, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and guest-resolution skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Flexibility to step into any shift role.
• Basic financial awareness (labor, costs).

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift to maintain service flow.
• Step into roles as needed to sustain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service and safety.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and events.
• Maintain lane conditions, arcade functions, and FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking.
