Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, guiding team members across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver exemplary guest experiences.

You will coach hourly staff, ensure service standards, and drive sales through guest engagement and in-house events while maintaining facility readiness and smooth operations during each shift.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns.
• Floor-first work style; lead by doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
