Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift, support teams across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your role includes stepping into various positions to maintain flow and standards, coaching staff, and driving sales through guest engagement and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, food & beverage, or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and guest-resilience skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team members on service standards and safety practices.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and event support.
• Maintain facility readiness and smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
