Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coaching a team across bowling, arcade, and food & beverage while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment
• Motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally
• Lead by example with a hands-on, floor-first approach
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keep service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards and safety
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and events support
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth front/back‑of‑house operations
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build operational financial skills
