Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, guiding teams across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You will ensure a seamless guest experience, coach hourly staff, and drive sales through engagement and promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles, strong leadership, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and ability to resolve guest issues professionally.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards and safety.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational skills.
