Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift and support teams across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. You will ensure speed, guest satisfaction, and program execution to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will coach hourly staff, maintain safety standards, manage limited cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking, and contribute to sales through guest engagement and in-center events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and guest-conflict resolution skills.
• Lead by example with a floor-first work style.
• Basic financial awareness (labor, sales goals).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensure smooth service across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events.
• Step into any position to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team on service standards and safety.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and events support.
• Maintain facility readiness and operations across FOH/BOH.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking.
