Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will guide the team, keep service flowing, and ensure high standards are met.

You’ll step into various roles as needed, drive sales through guest engagement, and help with cash handling and labor tracking to build operational and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing roles.
• Motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Lead by example with a floor-first work style.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and sales goals.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift 25–50 pounds as needed.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and event support.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, and operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking.
