Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, F&B, bar and events while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will step into multiple roles as needed to sustain speed and quality, coach hourly staff on standards and safety, and drive sales through guest engagement and event support.

You will foster a floor-first culture, maintain operations, and manage cash, inventory and labor data.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Lead by example with a floor-first work style.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy.
• Step into any position to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards and safety.
