Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin franchisee, is hiring a Shift Leader in Texas. You will oversee store operations, lead the crew, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during your shift.

You will train and motivate team members, uphold brand standards, manage safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet performance goals. This is a fast-paced role requiring reliability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver.
• Problem solving and decision making – make good decisions.
• Building effective teams – place the right people and celebrate success.
• Be physically and mentally capable of operating restaurant equipment.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and perform related motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure great guest experience.
• Assign crew, set shift expectations, provide feedback and recognition.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Monitor labor and food costs, and report equipment issues.
