Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC operates Dunkin' restaurants in Texas. We are seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during your scheduled shift and coach crew members to deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will manage product preparation to standards, allocate staff, monitor labor and safety, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand guidelines. Fluency in English and supervisory experience are favored; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading required.

• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to build effective teams and solve problems.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and multi-tasking.
