Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift and to lead crew members to deliver a positive guest experience in our Texas Dunkin’ environment.

You will supervise shift staff, assign roles, monitor service quality, and ensure safety and cleanliness while upholding brand standards and cost controls. Strong English, math and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and ensure guests are served promptly.
• Lead crew, assign positions, set shift expectations, and provide feedback.
• Coach crew members and support training by the GM or Assistant GM.
• Monitor labor costs, food safety, and store cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Uphold brand standards and safety policies during all shift activities.
