Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee in Arizona, seeks a Shift Leader to guide Crew Members during a shift and uphold brand standards. You will help manage product preparation, ensure friendly service, and drive guest satisfaction on your shift.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and timely feedback to improve performance and guest experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualificações

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Physically able to lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Crew Members throughout each shift to meet service standards.
• Manage shift staffing, assign roles, and communicate goals and feedback.
• Ensure guest experience is friendly, accurate, and efficient during the shift.
• Monitor quality, cleanliness, and safety standards and take corrective action.
• Control labor and food costs by following systems and procedures.
