Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and supervise crew members to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train Crew Members and provide timely feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee guest interactions, resolve issues, and uphold a friendly guest experience.
• Monitor labor costs and scope to ensure efficient shift operations.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Brand standards throughout the shift.
