Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading required.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant/retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest-focused with a drive for results.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure a great guest experience.
• Lead and coach Crew Members during the shift.
• Assign crew positions, set shift goals, and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards.
• Monitor costs and labor to control expenses during shift.
• Communicate goals and act on coaching feedback.
