Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee shift operations, lead Crew Members, and ensure a memorable guest experience at our Arizona location. You will coach the team, manage assignments, and uphold quality standards during your shift.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll drive excellence in guest service, uphold food safety, and support the General Manager with training and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew during shift, assign positions, and set shift expectations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction during shift.
• Assist with training and development of Crew Members.
• Control labor and food costs through shift management.
