Job summary

QUALITY BRAND GROUP LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for Dunkin' franchise locations in Arizona. You will lead the store team, oversee product preparation, and ensure a high-quality guest experience during your shift.

You will coach Crew Members, enforce brand standards and safety, and help drive operational excellence while managing labor costs and maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak and read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests' needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physically and mentally capable of multitasking and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
