You will train and coach team members, manage staffing on shift, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards while following franchisee policies. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and franchisee policies throughout shift.
