Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests' needs.
• Passion for results and meeting targets.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift staff to deliver a friendly guest experience.
• Oversee product preparation to meet quality standards.
• Train and coach crew members, assign positions and shifts.
• Communicate goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Control labor and food costs while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and brand standards.
