Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations and supervise Crew Members during shifts. You will ensure product quality, timely service, and a positive guest experience while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching, and enforcing safety, cleanliness, and cost control measures throughout the shift. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and people to deliver great guest experience during shifts.
• Oversee product preparation according to quality standards and supervise store team performance.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to crew members; assign positions and communicate expectations.
• Drive urgency and maintain labor, food, and cash control during shift.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Report equipment issues and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
