Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participates daily in food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations.
• Supervises others in the absence of the GM and Assistant Manager.
• Trains staff and provides consistent feedback to the team.
• Ensures FIFO, cash handling, safety procedures, and clean facilities.
• Responds to customer complaints per policy and handles refunds when needed.
• Attends in-house seminars and coordinates with management.
