Responsibilities

• Supervises crew and coordinates shift activities.
• Ensures food and beverages meet Yoshinoya specs and safety standards.
• Completes reports as directed by GM.
• Maintains proper merchandising and labeling procedures.
• Responds to customer complaints per policy.
• Trains staff and provides feedback.
• Rotates stock using FIFO (first in/first out).
• Manages cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Keeps restaurant clean and equipment functioning.
• Ensures a safe work environment; reports injuries.
• Monitors change funds.
• Communicates with staff and management.
• Assists GM with coin orders, cash drops, sales counts, and armored car deposits.
• Attends in-house seminars.
