Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You will train new team members and monitor cash handling policies while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
