Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities include training new team members, managing cash handling, operating POS, and completing opening, daily, and closing procedures to maintain plaza operations. Flexible scheduling is provided with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures and brand standards.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Execute opening, daily and closing procedures.
