Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service across our travel plazas. You will supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and support cash handling compliance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership abilities, and a commitment to food safety. You will train new staff, assist with store duties, and contribute to a positive guest experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Experience as a shift supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to interact with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team members to ensure brand standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and cash handling per policy.
• Maintain proper food safety and handling procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and support store operations.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
