Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure outstanding customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members, supervise cash handling, and ensure smooth daily operations across the plaza.

Ideal candidates have cash handling and customer service experience, with leadership experience preferred. Flexible schedules, a team-focused culture, and opportunities to grow within a national network are offered.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, stock, labeling and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
• Cross-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
