Job summary

Red Robin in Covington, WA is seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts, under exempt management, and to act as an ambassador of our BURGER values to ensure guest loyalty and profits.

The role requires at least 21, 6 months of full-service restaurant experience preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work openings, closings, weekends and holidays. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Lead Team Members and serve as ambassador of BURGER values to ensure guest satisfaction and profits.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Enforce policies including code of conduct, attendance, dress code and safety procedures.
• Fulfill FOH/HOH duties and support other hourly roles as needed.
