Job summary

Red Robin in Wenatchee seeks an hourly Shift Supervisor to help run day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will drive guest satisfaction, protect brand standards, and mentor team members.

The role requires 21+ age, 6 months of restaurant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training is provided to grow leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as an ambassador of BURGER values and protect brand standards.
• Supervise Team Members, motivate staff, and ensure guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Assist with training, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, serving and greeting guests as needed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and accurate record keeping.
