Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will support training, uphold BURGER values, and act as a brand ambassador while ensuring product quality and cleanliness.

The role may include other hourly duties and requires flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing duties and supervise team during shifts.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with policy and law.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and upholding quality and service standards.
• Lead team members, monitor labor and costs, and assist in daily operations.
