Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, under supervision of exempt management. You will act as an ambassador of our BURGER values and supervise team members while ensuring top-quality service and cleanliness.

You should have at least 6 months of full-service restaurant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be prepared to work flexible hours including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Model Red Robin values and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize guest satisfaction and profits.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and supervised tasks as directed by management.
