Job summary

Red Robin in Seattle is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold BURGER values, lead Team Members, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and handle cash and daily tasks as needed.

Requirements include 21+ years of age, 6 months of restaurant experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under management supervision.
• Act as ambassador of BURGER values and ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Lead Team Members, manage cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
