Job summary

Red Robin is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management, while upholding BURGER values and delivering guest experiences.

Applicants must be 21+, with at least 6 months of full-service restaurant experience, and a flexible schedule; some college preferred. You may perform FOH/HOH duties as needed and be scheduled based on restaurant need.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required by Red Robin and local Health and Safety Departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under exempt management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, protect brand standards, and maximize profits.
• Lead Team Members, handle guest interactions, and perform food prep and service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and food quality and ensure compliance with safety policies.
