Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Be an ambassador of Red Robin's BURGER values to ensure guest loyalty and brand equity.
• Lead Team Members to deliver world class guest experiences and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper training and supervision of peers; uphold policies on cash handling and safety.
