Job summary

Red Robin seeks an Hourly Shift Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead a team, uphold BURGER values, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Reporting to exempt management, you may perform other hour-based roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin brand equity and uphold BURGER values.
• Motivate and lead Team Members to provide world class guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies; supervise cash handling and records.
