Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to manage restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts and support exempt management. You will model BURGER values, resolve guest concerns, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and product quality while guiding team members in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexible scheduling, 21+ age, and prior full-service restaurant experience. Training will cover management tasks and leadership growth as part of our leadership team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in full-service restaurant operations is desirable.
• Ability to coach team members and manage guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and safety rules.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and accurately.
• Supervise team members and support exempt management as needed.
• Help with opening/closing duties and cash handling procedures.
